Honey Tea Loaf

I know I've posted my banana bread recipe on the blog, but it seems unfair I haven't posted any other breakfast breads. Since I make several varieties, it only makes sense to release some of those recipes onto the blog as well. This is a newer loaf I've started making, with a fluffy cake-like texture on the inside and using honey as the only sweetener. It's very simple to make, you could also add chopped walnuts or make a lemon glaze for the top to add to the flavor profile.

Ingredients:
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tb baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup tea (warm, not hot)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup honey
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Whisk the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, powder, soda, salt, cinnamon) together in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then add the egg, milk and oil. Stir until just combined.
Add the honey. Stir until mixture is moist but don't over stir.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
