Whether turtles candies are your favorite, or you simply love anything chocolate flavored, this recipe is a must-try. I've been wanting to make some fudge for weeks now, and I finally did! The only mistake I made with this recipe was only making a half batch. Learn from my mistake and make the whole 9x13 pan. Your friends, family, and tastebuds will thank you.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups sugar
6 Tb. butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cups chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Soft caramel candies (enough for roughly 1/4 cup liquid caramel)
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Add sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over the stovetop and boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.

Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and vanilla. Stir vigorously until everything is melted together.
Pour the fudge mixture into a greased (butter works best) 9x13 pan. Cover and let cool.
Using a double boiler (or double boiler-like method), melt caramel candies together. Stir continuously over high heat to speed up this process.
Pour the melted caramel over the cooled fudge. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over top. Let the fudge cool for about 10-15 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy.
